His life
Fourteen chapters follow Krishna’s life and enduring presence through long-form narrative and cinematic storytelling. Characters remain recognisable; sources and traditions stay close to the story.
About King of Dwarka
His life. His wisdom. His Dwarka.
Brought together with beauty, care and reverence
for a global audience.
One Krishna.
Many traditions.
Thousands of years.
One digital home.
Some people first meet Krishna in a story. Others in a song, a question, a verse, or a city by the sea. Each encounter opens a different door.
King of Dwarka brings these doors into one home. His life, the Bhagavad Gita, sacred geography, Sanskrit, art and living tradition belong in conversation with one another.
We make room for that conversation, with time to read, beauty to linger over and sources that let curiosity go deeper. Different traditions keep their own voices. No single telling is asked to stand for them all.

The Bhagavad Gita
At the heart of this home is a text people return to with questions about action, responsibility, devotion and the inner life.

The Bhagavad GitaA living tradition
Krishna’s presence continues in music and poetry, painting and sculpture, pilgrimage and ritual. Languages carry his names; festivals bring his stories into the streets; families pass them from one generation to the next.
This home makes space for those living encounters, across regions and communities, while keeping their particular histories and meanings in view.
Read Krishna Beyond TimeBuilt with care
Reverence includes the care we take with what we say, show and leave uncertain.
Sanskrit and translations are checked against named sources. Major passages receive a second textual check. We distinguish teaching from our own reflections and do not put invented quotations in Krishna’s voice.
Sacred tradition, later interpretation and historical evidence are identified for what they are. Where accounts differ, we name the difference. Sources remain available for readers who want to follow them.
Cinematic scenes are labelled as artistic interpretations, not documentary evidence. Recurring figures retain their identities as they move through life. Imagination serves the story without pretending to prove it.
Open to the world
For devotees and the newly curious. For families, students, travellers and lifelong learners. Wherever you live, whatever your background, you are welcome to begin with a question and take your time.
You do not need to arrive knowing everything.
