These terms apply to kingofdwarka.com and Krishna Community. Product-specific licenses and event rules may also apply when clearly provided.

Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of King of Dwarka. “King of Dwarka”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the independent team operating this website. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement is valid under applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using King of Dwarka
You may explore the website for lawful personal, educational and cultural purposes in accordance with these terms. Public reading does not require payment or Community membership. Features marked “In preparation” may not yet be available.
Use account services only where you meet the applicable age and legal-capacity requirements, with lawful parental or guardian involvement where required. We may develop, change or retire features while considering existing commitments and applicable law.
Krishna Community participation
Krishna Community is a moderated space for thoughtful conversation. Follow the Community guidelines presented within the service, respect different interpretations and perspectives, and contribute in a way that allows others to participate with dignity.
Published profiles, contributions and public social relationships may be visible to people who are not signed in. Membership does not create a private correspondence service. Direct messages are not offered.
Member accounts
Provide accurate information needed to operate your account and use a public identity that does not mislead others. Keep credentials secure and do not share or sell account access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Available sign-in methods include Google Sign-In and Email/Password. Verification and other participation checks may be required. Manage Account provides account choices and a deletion-request process. Account removal is processed in stages, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Use the service respectfully and for its intended purposes. Share only material you are entitled to share, give appropriate attribution, avoid unnecessary personal information, and use reporting tools honestly when you see a concern.
Do not interfere with normal access, attempt to obtain another person’s private information, or use automated activity that disrupts the service or circumvents its protections.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use King of Dwarka for unlawful activity, exploitation, fraud, threats, privacy violations, infringement or attempts to defeat security and moderation controls. Do not upload malicious files, publish prohibited sexual or violent content, manipulate engagement, or coordinate abuse.
Attempts to disguise prohibited content, evade account restrictions or repeatedly resubmit removed material may also lead to moderation action.
No Community selling or solicitation
Community posts, comments, profiles and replies must not be used to sell products or services, solicit payments, promote external shops, recruit through deceptive schemes, or carry prohibited commercial or other solicitation.
King of Dwarka’s own separately presented product pages do not create permission for members to sell within Community conversations. Any future marketplace would need its own explicit rules and authorization.
Keep personal contact details private
Do not publish or seek prohibited exchanges of phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, private messaging handles or similar contact details in the Community. This applies to your own details and to those of other people.
Use the official support address for account or website concerns. It is a support channel, not permission to share personal contact information in public conversations.
No harassment, hate or threats
Harassment, bullying, hateful attacks, intimidation, threats and targeted abuse are prohibited. Disagreement about ideas or traditions must remain respectful. Do not encourage harm, exploit vulnerable people or attack someone because of their identity or beliefs.
No spam, scams or malicious links
Do not post spam, scams, phishing attempts, malware, repetitive promotions or misleading links. External links may be held for review or blocked under the current moderation rules. Do not disguise a link or contact detail to evade those rules.
A visible link or member recommendation is not an endorsement by King of Dwarka. Use appropriate care before visiting a third-party service.
No impersonation
Do not impersonate another person, a moderator, a temple, a public authority or an organization, or falsely claim an official relationship with King of Dwarka. Do not use someone else’s image or identity in a misleading way.
Your content remains yours
You retain the rights you hold in your original member-created content. Posting it does not transfer ownership to King of Dwarka.
You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, technically adapt and display that content only as reasonably needed to host it, deliver it to its intended audience, operate relevant features, moderate it and protect the service. Technical adaptation includes formatting, resizing or normalizing an uploaded photograph.
This permission extends to service providers only as needed to perform those functions. It does not grant an unrestricted right to sell your content or use it in unrelated advertising. It lasts while needed to provide those functions and, after removal, only as necessary for lawful retention, moderation, backups or completion of the removal process. It cannot retract copies independently made by other people.
Responsibility for contributions
You are responsible for what you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to publish it. Member views are their own and do not necessarily represent King of Dwarka.
We may review, hold, restrict or remove material that violates these terms or the Community guidelines. Reports and automated checks assist moderation, but no process guarantees that every harmful or inaccurate contribution will be detected. You can report content through the available controls or contact us.
Copyright and other people’s rights
Upload only content you created, content you have permission to use, or material you may lawfully share. Respect copyright, privacy, publicity and other rights. Attribution alone does not replace permission where permission is required.
To report an infringement, email info@kingofdwarka.com with the relevant page or contribution, a description of the work and your authority to act, and sufficient contact information for a response. We may seek clarification and take proportionate action. Do not submit knowingly false claims.
King of Dwarka materials
The website design, original editorial writing, original artwork, branding, logo and identity, digital products, journals and other proprietary materials are protected to the extent applicable law provides. Rights in third-party material remain with their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of ancient scriptures, public-domain material or your original contributions.
You may read the website and use sharing features as intended. A sharing feature permits the specific sharing it offers; it does not authorize resale, commercial exploitation, removal of attribution or misleading presentation. Other copying, adaptation or distribution requires permission unless a product license or applicable law allows it.
Digital products and downloads
Unless a product expressly says otherwise, supplied digital downloads are licensed for personal use. They are not sold with copyright ownership. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, commercial reproduction and making the files available for others to download are prohibited except where an express license or applicable law permits them.
Product-specific licenses, permitted print uses and file requirements may apply and will be provided with the relevant product. Those specific terms govern the subject they address; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Website payments and checkout are currently disabled. Prices or edition options shown while a product is in preparation are not a functioning checkout or a completed purchase. Payment, delivery, cancellation and refund provisions will be provided and any required acceptance obtained before paid commerce begins. These terms do not activate payments or impose an advance no-refund rule.
Online Events
Admins may create Online Events with descriptions, host information, dates and participation options. An expression of interest or attendance records your choice; it does not itself guarantee admission, a place, a reminder or uninterrupted access.
Follow any event-specific rules supplied before participation. If an event uses a third-party meeting service or a join link, that service’s terms and privacy practices also apply. Events may be changed or cancelled, with reasonable notice where practicable. Do not record or redistribute an event without the required permission.
Account restrictions and termination
We may limit participation, remove content, suspend an account or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. Action will be proportionate to the circumstances. We may act immediately when needed to protect people or the service.
Where appropriate and permitted, we will provide an explanation and a way to ask for review. Contact info@kingofdwarka.com if you believe an action was mistaken. You can stop using the service or request deletion through Manage Account. Necessary retention and obligations relating to past use may continue after an account closes.
Availability and warranties
We aim to provide a careful and reliable experience, but content and services may contain errors, need updates or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of member contributions or the availability of third-party services. This clause does not exclude warranties or remedies that the law requires us to provide.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Responsibility for a loss will depend on the circumstances and the duties imposed by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer and other legal rights remain intact.
An independent cultural initiative
King of Dwarka is an independent digital initiative. It is not the official website of Dwarkadhish Temple and does not officially represent the temple.
The website offers religious, cultural, educational and reflective material. Translations, interpretation and artistic depictions are presented with editorial care but should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial or other individualized advice. No spiritual outcome is promised.
Devotional artwork and imagined ancient settings are artistic interpretations, not documentary evidence or guaranteed historical reconstructions. Verify practical travel information, access arrangements and local requirements before visiting any place.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way; where required, we will seek fresh acceptance. Changes will not remove mandatory rights or silently rewrite the terms of an already completed purchase.
If one provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply where possible. Please contact us first with a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using any authority, court or remedy available under applicable law.
